It wasn’t delivered on time, even when I paid for the quick delivery. I was very disappointed with the delivery, and having to ask the recipient if they got the gift, (it spoilt the surprise factor). They loved the gift. You have high end products, and a class about your company. But your delivery brought it down a few notches. Perhaps you should adopt what other cos. do, tracking for the client. That adds a feeling of class, to the overall brand, and your brand is AMAZING! Perhaps it was the covid virus and shipping challenges?
