The website was broken so I had to call to make the order. The experience was a bit shaky with that. Unfortunately I received no shipping info or invoice so I gad to call to check on the gift at 4:30pm as I was worried it'd been botched up. It did finally arrive safely. One thing that really annoyed me is that the website stated 'free shipping' which was great considering it was a very expensive gift. However, apparently that's not the case unless you preorder three days in advance (not easily seen on the offer). Instead I was informed that a hefty shipping cost would be required. Not impressed. Won't use this service again.
