My company ordered multiple $1000 hampers for our premium clients. Additional items were added to the hampers tailored to the client. Bockers and Pony did not fully check the orders and missed items from the hampers. On following up, they acknowledged the request to fix their error but no result or outcome has been seen. They had more than a week to fix it before the client was given the hamper and they missed the opportunity. We will not be using these guys again.
