My experience was as simple as hoping on line choosing what I wanted writing my own gift card and was delivered the next day! The gift receivers were both pleaded with the quality of products and thoughtfulness of my choice for the occasions (which was difficult for me to select as there was such a large variety). I will DEFINETLY be using Bockers and Pony for all my special occasion gifts!
