Toby -director was fabulous in responding to my query re the fins I ordered for my son’s birthday.
Not only did I mistake the size but queried the white coating on the fins thinking they were not new !!!
I returned them and they are sending new ones to me and the explanation that the white stuff would wash off in the surf reassured me that this was ok.
Cannot recommend them more highly for courtesy and prompt response.
