Toby is an absolute legend, after a missing stock item (not his fault) I had to use a credit and was pestering him pretty consistently with questions for almost a year. Everytime he was polite, informative, helpful and prompt. Not only that but he went out of his way to ensure an easy pick up for me. Will 100% be completing every related purchase here.
