App for 3pm. Was put with a woman who obviously was not well trained in her field. Had NO insight in the product with Ltd and very basic knowledge and answers. Constantly coughing sneezing and bad nose manners. I asked her if she is sick and told her I can’t be around anyone sick due to a medical condition. Then I got told I have to wait 2 hours for my procedure. After refusing she said she’ll do it… she was sneezing all over me and sniffing non stop. I ask her again and she told me she was very sick two days before.!!!! She started the procedure! What a joke… as I had this done with another clinic last week, I can’t believe how bad she was . She had no training g in how to treat a client let alone that hifu macine! Fast forward this, 3 days after the procedure I got ‘her cold’. I ph and said why would they do that! She worn a mask over her mouth but her nose was streaming and wet all the time when I was there. The mask didn’t cover the nose at all! Then I was ‘man handled’ verbally by the sso called manager of the clinic! Checkmate! All you can do is to remember the horrible service with not properly qualified technician!
