I'm a very shy person and very overweight, the staff at Glenferrie Road have been magnificent and have made me feel comfortable and not be inbarest . After 12 visits I'm already down from 160kg and now 149kg and going down. I'm going to keep going until I reach my goal and look forward to a normal life again I would highly recommend it.
