Not happy, I paid a $200 deposit was not told was non refundable and was not given any information on anything other then read on website, when I could not attend my appointment due to a family emergency and unable to reschedule as unsure when I could and asked for my deposit refund I was bluntly told no non refundable, I found this very unprofessional and will not rebook.
