I can only speak on the Mosman location as this is the only location I have visited. If all the other locations operate like this one, then they have found the formula for success. Not only do their treatments work, are affordable with the perk of frequent sales; the customer service is sensational. Natalie and Vanessa in particular are such lovely women who greet you with such a warm and kind manner and are so attentive to your needs and requests. An example is remembering that I like a warm tea while I sit and enjoy 30 minutes in the Tesla chair. It's honestly the little things that have made such an impression on me. I'm so happy to have found this clinic and I acknowledge their efforts and support them by continuing to return and spend my money here above any other clinic ( the hundreds available) in Sydney.
