Poor customer service. Think it's family run in Wisconsin, and there is no supervisor to talk to. No one responds to voice mails, emails. When I finally got a hold of someone, he hung up the phone on me. Not only can he not answer, when I asked to speak to a supervisor because no one responded and their info. seems out of line, he hung up the phone on me. Take your business elsewhere to a company that care. It's not The Boelter Companies.
