Have happily used Boilers 4 Essex for several years for servicing. Got recent text / email from them advising my Boiler is due for service so have responded to both asking for an appointment but my replies have been ignored. So have rung them twice and have spoken to different people who "are not in the office at the moment so please text details and the will get back to me" ......well, surprise, surprise, nothing. Fine, if they don't want my business any more I don't have a problem with that but stop wasting my time sending me messages touting for work, and even worse be honest with me on the phone rather than asking for information they have no intention of responding too. Really disappointed - they used to be so good.
