I recently bought the selection of 6 different jars of Bold Beans, after a recommendation from a client. We have loved the taste, texture and quality of all of them so far, and the jar size is generous so it's easy to make a big, healthy meal or batch cook using just one jar. I have discovered one problem though, which sounds trivial but honestly is enough to stop me buying them again - I cannot for the life of me open the jars! I consider myself fairly fit and strong, (I'm 44 a year old female and work as a personal trainer) but every time I have wanted to cook with the Bold Beans I have had to wait for my husband to come home to help open the jar...and even he has struggled. Please please could you adjust your processing so that the lids aren't put on quite so tightly? I never struggle with other brands.
