I first discovered Boldbeans on Instagram and thought I'd give them a try, a little more expensive than supermarket tins however they're worth every penny. Boldbeans elevate meals to something special. Queen chickpeas are my very favourite. I love the book, every recipe has been a winner in my house.
I've even managed to convert a couple of friends too.
