i have been using bold beans from early days when i first stumbled on them and i have to say theymake beans special.
i am spoilt now and only use tinned alternatives as an absolute last resort.
i never knew beans could taste so moorish and be so versatile. Recipies from bold beans help to inspire me and use them even more often.
