I saw Bold Beans on Dragon’s Den and I already had a jar in the cupboard so was keen to try them. I’ve tried four recipes from the book so far and all of them have been quick, easy and tasty. Last night I had my favourite so far from the book with pancetta, peas, tomatoes, mascarpone and of course butter beans. I used to hate butter beans but not any more.
