These really are THE best beans ever. The recipes are great too, we've made several of them, some more than once, including the butter bean, smoked mackerel & beetroot chopped salad, creamy courgette bean-otto, creamy truffle chicken, leek & white beans and the red bean ragu (which makes a bumper quantity easily portioned up and frozen for quick mid week meals).
