I discovered Bold Beans after reading an article ranking all the supermarket chickpeas (they were ranked best, naturally) and I've never bought canned beans since I gave them a go! They're so delicious I eat them straight out the jar! But they also make every recipe so much better. The cookbook is a delight too and we are currently aiming to make every dish in it and rank all the recipes as we go.
