My love affair with Bold Beans started when I bumped into their cookery book. Unfortunately I am yet to start cooking from it as Bold Beans have soooo many fantastic recipes online that I am still using them on a regular basis. The beans are properly cooked and nice and soft unlike many of their tinned counterparts which are often quite hard and seemingly undercooked. BB's beans are like the wonderful beans my Grandmother used to cook - home grown by my Grandfather. The cooking liquid is a brilliant base for any sauces in the various recipes. Very sad about the change and size of pots as we generally demolish a 700g helping quite easily. The magic maize packaging is also not my favourite as the stuff ends up everywhere when unpacking the beans 🙃 Anyway...keep up the good work! Our local Waitrose is getting more and more Bold Bean varieties which will help avoid the magic maize 🤭 Glad you brought in Borlotti beans & we tried the baked beans today 👍
