These beans are so very good! I use them in casseroles, salads, wraps, serve fish on them, I air fry the chick peas with a little oil and sprinkling of chilli.. they may be abit pricey, but tere is no waste, quick to prepare, and good for you! What's not to like!! I ave even given them, and your cookery book as Christmas gifts.
