Jennifer wiseman was lovely abd took me through everything and explained it all thoroughly so I could understand what was signing up for. She did this whilst I had 3 children creating havoc in my house. She was patient with me while she was dealing with me and went over anything I had missed due to the noise. I found Jennifer to be both polite and professional. She also found the best policy for me even though There were some issues due to my medical background and also when the line was cut off during our original call she rang me back on more than one occasion.
