I received a call back within hours of approaching the service from Tim Lewis. Tim was extremely helpful and polite. He explained everything to me in terms that I understood and was very obliging with any questions I asked him. Tim rang me back at an agreed time the following day and was on time and again very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to talk things through before deciding on taking a insurance out.
