The gentleman who rang me yesterday, Andrew [ think last name is Morrison] was most helpful and very patient, I was a little short with him when he called, but I did apologise for my terseness later in the conversation, he helped me find the right policy for me and talked me through everything, very knowledgeable and thorough throughout, extremely friendly and put me at ease. I highly recommend him and he is a credit to your company, look after him!. Please pass on my regards to him for all his assistance.
