I have now bought three guitars from Bonners. I visited the store a week ago; many thanks to Dan, who helped me over a couple of hours to try a few guitars out. He was extremely helpful and answered my questions and request for guitars to try (always from the top row, it seemed) in a friendly and polite way. The other staff I spoke with were also knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again for such great customer service - I will be back!
