I never write reviews, however... Very professional, friendly and approachable staff. Never been to a Piano Shop/showroom and felt so relaxed and could just focus on what I needed to buy without feeling pressured by sales people. They respected my experience I already have with pianos and gave excellent advice only it was needed. Choosing a piano or any instrument is a very personal experience that shouldn't be interrupted every 5 seconds. This is probably the only shop I'd go back to and trust me I've visited a lot over the years. Staff are down to earth and not patronising or anything. I dealt with Tim at Milton Keynes store and he was amazing, great guy and easy to talk with, so was everyone else there the 3 times i visited the same store (was a tough choice in picking the right piano for my needs but third time lucky). I purchased a Nord Grand and speakers, obviously its Nord so the quality is high end. Everything was delivered much faster than expected and all perfectly done. First time in my life I can say i had such a great experience shopping for an instrument.
