waited a week before i got an email saying it was delayed with no timescale on when it would be ready
waited on a chat for 50 minutes
told they cant do anything about it and sent me the delivery times details...it clearly states:
Production starts after we receive your payment
Production begins on the first working day after we receive payment for your order.
6 days later and production hasnt started
cancelled my order, again they couldnt tell me when the money would go back into my bank
avoid, pay a bit more and use photobox or something like that
