OMG!Just read all these bad reviews and thought I'd better check the status of my own order for a calendar which I placed on 2nd December. Yes, you've guessed it - Not even gone to production yet!!!! I got a bit worried when I received a rather patronising email on 14th December telling me it had been delayed but not to worry as delivery would be before 24th December. BonusPrint - Why are you assuming that it's a present for someone who I will be seeing on Christmas Day? That is not correct and more to the point IT'S NOT OKAY TO LET CUSTOMERS DOWN LIKE THIS!!!! You should give everyone who has had late or delayed deliveries a full refund on their orders in an effort to mend customer relations, as it's now too late for people to go elsewhere!
