Placed order for a calendar on the 8th December, well in time of their 14th December deadline for delivery in time for Christmas. Checked order today and still hasn't entered the "in production" stage, which means there is very little hope that it will arrive in time for Christmas despite their promise.
No response from customer services.
I have been using Bonusprint for years without any issue, however unfortunately this will now be the last.
