SCAM - they put an offer on their website in November, then took more orders than they knew they could deliver before Christmas but when you placed your order they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Four days before Christmas they sent everyone an email saying they cant deliver before Christmas - so too late to reorder somewhere else. Then offer a small voucher as compensation, which you will spend more money on a new order to use the voucher. Nice one Bonusprint, I fell for it - ordered photo calendars and now have no gifts for my family this Christmas because of your SCAM! I am one of hundreds of customers in this position.
