Unprofessional Rubbish
I will echo the voices of so many others: TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL in failing to meet the guaranteed Christmas delivery and then offering an insulting discount on a future order with them? Really? Why not grow some and send all the late orders for free as a real sorry - yes you might lose money but perhaps not all the customers who will never use you again.
