I wish i could give no stars. Absolutely the WORST experience.
I ordered books in November to commemorate my grandfather who recently died. They printed them all wrong, then offered a reprint, making out like they were doing me a favour when it was their mistake.
I explained I needed them long before christmas and was told this was no problem as the reorder went in the first weekend of December long before the christmas cut off.
I am still waiting for my order now, it is still in production and customer service has been appalling with them telling me to just be patient...
I never received an email telling me it wouldn't come before christmas either, so have had no idea when this order would come.
Bonusprint has absolutely no sympathy or understanding whatsoever, just stop lying to everyone and be honest with your delivery times, and maybe people wouldn't be so angry about it!
