Placed my order with Bonus Print on 8 December (over a month ago), but he premium matt prints have not arrived.
I have raised this with Bonus print on three separate occasions over the past two weeks - but I've not received any reply. They have taken my money but not delivered the photos. Very disappointing, as they ordered for my niece's Christmas present. And the customer care can only be described as appalling.
