I had the online fitting and they were professional and friendly, esp in a slightly odd zoom situation and they made me feel totally at ease. An email was sent over fairly quickly some really good ideas for sports bras to try. I ordered a couple and they arrived super quickly - one was perfect, the other wasn't quite for me, but easy to return.
