I found the returns process impossible since I couldn't print out a label and neither could the post mistress. It was difficult to find a number to talk to a person in customer services, but once I had done so and jumped through the hoops of pressing various numbers on the keypad the lady I spoke to was very helpful.
I am currently waiting for the label to come through the post which was the solution found by the aforesaid lady.
