Bad user interface. Visual design bad - difficult to discern and identify the option I want, font size and colours do not make viewing the page and identifynig the relevant information easy. Scrolling is left to right insteadf of down and up. There are too many steps in maing a booking. You don't need a DoB of attendees - this is private inforamtion. Where one needs to tick an options, selection is to OPT OUT instead of to OPT IN (practice aimed at misleading customers). To book one needs to select "buy tickets" - there are no tickets involved to book a course, this is confusing.
