I wanted one of the new pink 1/2 zips. They were sold out online so I called the Easton store. There was one left in stock. The woman who answered the phone was willing to hold it for me even though I was undecided about the size. It was perfect, I love it. Thank you for such great customer service!! I have since bought two more in different colors!
