Friendly, efficient and reliable at all times. everything was carefully explained. Everything happened when it was supposed to. Nothing was too much trouble. I never felt under any pressure to make any purchase or any arrangement that I didn't want. Equally, all my queries were followed up and fully explained in a way I could understand.
I think the standard of service I received was outstanding and will be a major factor in my decisions about future car purchase.
