We had the pleasure to be dealt with by Chris Beardwood in the Carlisle branch. He was friendly, patient and helpful. My problem was getting a car that felt right for me and the right seating size. This was no problem to Chris and he even thought outside the box by thinking of adaptions that could be made if required. On the test drive he was patient and took me to somewhere quiet to build my confidence in the car. All in all an excellent experience thank you.
