Left me stranded in Darlington trying to get to Middlesbrough at 2am. Sam who I spoke to sounded like he would rather be anywhere else in the world than trying to help me. Regular taxi user, won't ever use boro again...... Royal cars came to my rescue, could not have been more helpful and kind oh and 8 quid cheaper too!!. USE ROYAL CARS NOT BORO TAXIS
