It's like receiving used shoes. They arrived absolutely dirty and in a damaged box. I had to spend some time to clean them out. Unfortunately, it was not possible to remove some spots. I understand that these shoes must have been in the shop and a number of people tried them out. But shoes at least should be cleaned before shipping. It's really nice shoes and I checked on the website that it was the last pair in my size, so decided to not ship them back. I gave 2 stars because the sales price and delivery were good, but I'm not sure I'd like to order again second-hand shoes even for a good price.
