This time very disappointed, shoes ordered but finally not delivered as the size isn’t available anymore 🤨😩 Then being reimbursed for the shoes but asked to get the short delivered, after a few days nothing happened…getting in touch with customer support apparently the carrier never received the parcel so order cancelled and being again reimbursed. Unfortunate and my daughter being sad as she didn’t get what she was aiming for…
