I ordered three pairs of shoes from Bounceware on February 10, 2025, and have not received them to this day. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I only received a response saying they couldn't assist me due to supposedly different addresses on the order. I did not ask for specific details; I simply want my money back. When I reply to this email and provide all the necessary information, I receive no further response. Even when I open a new ticket, I get no reply at all. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the inability to resolve such a simple issue. I cannot recommend anyone to shop here. My €630 is still not refunded, and I demand a resolution! Never again Bounceware!
