Overall I have been able to get all my and my husband supplements that we need. When Sleep came out, I was having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep and my husband also had the same issue. I wanna say that I was addicted to other sleep aids that made me groggy and still sleeping after 8hrs and then waking up. Also it did not work right away which meant that I was still laying in bed with all my thoughts. Sleep has helped me fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up energized. Even if I forget to take it or we run out cause I forget to order it, I don't feel like I need it. The reds and purples are also another that the taste is great and I get the nutrients that I know I am not getting. I like that Bowmar Nutrition has products that are not just pushed out without testing and making sure that it is the right product.
