I have never had anything but EXCELLENT customer service, as well as products, from Bowmar Nutrition. A few examples - I had ordered a box of meat sticks from them and a few of the packages were "swollen." When I reached out, they told me to throw everything away. They sent me a brand-new box as well as a gift card. Another time one of the products I ordered was stuck in shipping limbo with no definitive arrival date. When I reached out to see if they could possibly tell me when it may arrive, they simply shipped it out again. When I ordered a few products I needed before leaving town (I needed my protein snacks while traveling to keep me on track!), they sent them out expedited at no extra cost to me. Not only is their customer service prompt and top-notch but their products are as well. They are transparent with their ingredients, and the Bowmar's themselves will answer questions on their social media pages. These are products, and a company I will stand behind any day and tell all my friends/family about!
