BN applesauce fiber has improved my symptoms of Interstitial Cystitis (IC) bladder disease more than any other fiber supplement. BN doesn’t directly affect the bladder, but the affects it has on my regularity definitely lessens my bladder pain. No other fiber supplement has come close to the same results.
