I have used bowmar nutrition for over 5 years now and have liked everything I’ve bought so far. Collagen is something I use everyday and have noticed huge improvements in my skin and hair growth. I love their pre workout, love the flavors and the fact it doesn’t have beta alanine I don’t like the itchy feeling. I’ve used the melt product and really enjoy that. My favorite product so far is sleep! I religiously take this every night and it helps me get the best sleep! I have trouble staying asleep at night and this has helped me so much. My boyfriend was super skeptical but I had him try it because he has a hard time falling asleep. He loves it we order it twice a month now for the both of us!
