Love, Love, Love the FIBER!! After years of trying a variety of supplements, this one has kept my gut healthy. A few years ago I had a colonoscopy. They determined I had some small polyps they were going to watch. I used Bowmar Fiber until my recent colonoscopy. Guess what...no polyps...all clean!!
