The left picture was 5 years ago after having my son. The right is 8 months after having my daughter. Half a scoop of melt, reds and purples, glutamine, and collagen. Love all of the products but these are my favorite everyday! I also love the greens at night. The prenatal and post natal specifically made a huge difference with my mental health after having my daughter.
