I love your products but when emailing customer service, that's where you fail. I had issues with my subscriptions. For two months in a row, I skipped my order and yet was charged and sent my orders. I removed my subscriptions. I even took a screenshot and sent to customer service to let them know it wasn't working. The response was I don't have subscriptions and they would tell the IT guy.
