My designated Solicitor and her team were friendly, approachable and very professional. I was updated regularly during my sale, both by the Milestone update system and by personal emails, and always recieved an answer to my questions. It is above the call of duty to spend nearly two hours trying to sort out a legal problem late on a Friday afternoon to facilitate an exchange of contracts but this was completed with patience and good humour. The service the team provided felt personal and was very efficient.
